Firewalla MSP 2.4.0: More Affordable Options
MSP 2.4.0 is now available to all MSP users! Some of the updates in this release are focused on helping make MSP as affordable as possible: - A new, lower price for the Professional plan
- More affordable seat type options
- Box update management
- Early access program

Professional Plan Pricing Updates
Thanks to your feedback, we're updating the pricing and features included in each plan to make MSP as accessible as possible. - We're lowering the price of the Professional plan from $9.99 to $3.99 monthly or $95 to $39 yearly. The updated plan includes just 1 free seat instead of 3.
Existing Pro plan users will keep their current subscription (including the price, number of free seats, and
the trial period). If you're interested in the new Professional plan rates, email [email protected], and we'll help you switch to the newer plan. - The Business plan now includes High Availability, meaning that Firewalla runs a backup server to maintain the availability of your service and data.

More affordable Seat Types
We're adding three different Seat Types based on the amount/duration of flows stored. - No Flows seats ($1 monthly; $10 annually) are the most minimal option. If you don't need detailed information through MSP, No Flows seats are the best option.
- 30-Day Flows seats ($3.99 monthly; $39 annually) include access to the
last 30 days of flows and all alarm types.
- 180-Day Flows seats ($29.99 monthly; $299 annually) are only available to Business Plan users and include access to the last 180 days of flows and all alarm types.
Seats can be managed on your MSP Settings page. MSP owners can add or remove seats by clicking Manage Seats.

Box Update Management
You can now choose when your boxes get updated by setting a maintenance window for each of them, ensuring updates only happen at safe hours for your home and business. - Professional plan users can specify any hour for their maintenance window.
- Business plan users can specify any hour and day of the week.
To check for updates, set your maintenance window, or see what version your box is running, navigate to your box's settings page by clicking on its name from the Inventory page and scroll down to the Box Update section.

Additionally, you can now see and change each box's individual timezone. On your box's detail page, scroll to the Basic section and click Time Zone.

Early Access Program
Our Early Access Program lets you try the most cutting-edge features in MSP. Go to the MSP Settings page, scroll to the MSP Update section, and click the Release dropdown to choose between: - Early Access – access the earliest versions of new features coming to MSP.
- Beta – try out new MSP features before they're officially
released.
- Production – the most stable version of MSP with the best performance.
Your MSP instance will upgrade or downgrade automatically within 1-2 minutes if you switch to a release with a different version.
